Motor Carrier Authority Basic Package

This package Includes the filing of the following Motor Carrier Authority Documents:

Motor Carrier of Property (except Household Goods) 

Under federal law 49 CFR Part 390, An individual, partnership, or corporation that receives payment for arranging the transportation of property (excluding household goods) belonging to others by using an authorized Motor Carrier. A Broker does not assume responsibility for the property and never takes possession of it.

BOC-3 (Designated Processing Agent)

49 CFR Part 366, is the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulation for any company whose drivers’ cross state lines for-hire is required to have this list of processing agents, in case there is a legal issue outside of their company’s home state. This provides an agent in the applicable state that will accept the paperwork for the incident. This is a one-time registration and does not need to be renewed.

Current Year UCR (up to 2 vehicles)

Under UCR 49 USC 14505a, any company who travels, or sends their drivers over state lines for work-related purposes, this is an annual state tax.
